Hi, I’m Dr. Lauren Lybbert, founder of Haven Chiropractic, PLLC. I’m a Quad Cities native and passionate about family chiropractic care, especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and infancy. I am Webster Technique certified and currently working toward advanced perinatal and pediatric certifications through the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association. I am trained in various techniques including Palmer Package, Activator, and Sacro-Occipital.

I earned my bachelors of science in kinesiology from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Upon graduation, I was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the United States Army where I served for 8 years as a logistics officer across the globe. I then spent a year working with the Federal Emergency Management Agency prior to starting chiropractic school. I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2024.

I enjoy spending time with my wife, our son, and two dogs. We love watching sports, being outside, and connecting with our friends and family. I was fortunate to play Division I basketball and rugby in college. I continued my rugby career at Palmer, mainly as coach. I love running and have completed several half and full marathons. I am also an avid reader and enjoy everything from historical fiction to fantasy. I am a shameless Harry Potter enthusiast!

Serving others is the basis of who I am. I believe everyone needs chiropractic care and am thrilled to help families achieve their version of wellness. I am so excited to give back to the community that raised me, and cannot wait to serve you and your family!
